Truck Kills Siblings In Deadly Crash.
Tragedy struck in Ore, Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State, when a truck crushed two people to death.
Eyewitness said, the incident, occurred along the Ore-Okitipupa Expressway, in the Idi Mango area of the community, involving the truck and a motorcycle conveying the victims who were said to be siblings.
The source also said, the accident was caused by the recklessness of the motorcycle rider on the road, explaining that the motorcycle rammed into the truck which was coming from the opposite direction, and the driver of the truck escaped from the scene for fear of being lynched.
Reacting to the incident, the state Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Ezekiel Son’Allah, who confirmed the incident, said the accident occurred as a result of wrong overtaking and speed limit violation.
