Primate advises Tinubu to adopt death
sentence for kidnappers

Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has advised capital President Bola
Tinubu to adopt punishment for anyone caught in the act of kidnapping.
A statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate
Ayodele said, if the government is genuine about putting an end to the
kidnapping menace, there should be immediate death of anyone guilty of
kidnapping, adding that, the terrorists need quick judgment in order to curb
the act but stated that if the government doesn’t take actions promptly,
insecurity will increase.
Among the things Primate Ayodele said will happen if the government doesn’t enact capital punishment for the kidnappers is the abduction of top government officials and those in the presidential villa, and stressed the need for urgent attention.
