The federal government has inaugurated the governing council of four federal universities, urging them to play active roles in skill and efficiency to enhance full adherence to policies in governance.
The minister of education, Adamu Adamu, who was represented by the Minister of State for Education, Hon. Goodluck Opiah said this while Inaugurating the council members in Abuja on Thursday.
