The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Dr Ibrahim Abubakar Kana has said that Nigeria and the United States have commenced a strategic review of the armed forces health services to ensure an enhanced health care system and confront challenges affecting the military health sector for the benefit of both countries.
He made this disclosure during a Joint meeting with the US Embassy on health Implementation Programme held in Abuja.
