Contrary to the claim by Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, that the APC will lose the 2023 presidential election because of their awful performance, a political analyst on ATN politics has said the election is not for any single politician to decide or predict but for the Nigerian electorates.
Mr. Emmanuel Bagudu,
a guest on the programme while reacting to the claim by Governor Ortom said “whatever
the case may be I see this election as an open ballot and as a keenly contested
election where you cannot predict who is going to be the winner. It is no
longer the issue of the winner takes it all or people predicting which party
wins because it is going to be unpredictable.”
He observed that nobody will stop the governor from expressing his disdain for President Muhammadu Buhari but the election will be decided by Nigerian.

the Peoples’ Democratic Party in the election he said, the PDP should not
consider the election as a walkover given that their strong hold has already been
captured by the Labour Party and that the party is currently engulfed by
crisis.
He also said the APC
has both political and economic advantages over the PDP in the election, hence
the election will be a tough one for the PDP.
The Governor of
Benue State, Samuel Ortom had it a statement by his spokesman, Nathaniel Ikyur
said there is no magic the APC can conjure to win the 2023 general election
given their abysmal performance.
