Police Investigate VGC Chairman’s Death.
Lagos State Police Command says an investigation has
commenced into the death of a man identified as the Chairman of Victoria Garden
City in the Lekki area of Lagos State.
Reacting to a post by an X user Deji Lambo, who
tweeted that the 42-year-old man, Gihan Mbelu, was found unconscious in his
C300 4Matic car died, the Command’s Spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed
the incident via his X handle, saying “Investigation has commenced into the
matter.
Meanwhile, he was pronounced dead at the Lagos
University Teaching Hospital, and his body was deposited in the hospital’s
morgue, and the case was reported to the police for an investigation to
commence to ascertain the circumstances surrounding Mbelu’s death.
