NECO Reschedules Common Entrance Exams Into Unity Colleges.
Owing to low enrolment figures, the National Examinations Council,
has rescheduled the 2024, National Common Entrance Examination into Federal
Unity Colleges.
It also rescheduled the Entrance Examination into the Federal
Government Academy, Suleja, adding that, with the new arrangements, the Common
Entrance Examination which was earlier scheduled to hold on 20th April 2024,
has now been postponed to 1 June 2024.
This is coming after the Gifted and Talented Children into the
Federal Government Academy, Suleja earlier scheduled to hold on 4th May, 2024
will now be held on 25th May, 2024.
Ag. Director, Directorate of Information and Digital
Communication, Azeez Sani, in a statement hinged the rescheduling of the two
examinations to low enrolment of candidates, adding that, all candidates,
parents, guardians, schools and relevant stakeholders are therefore enjoined to
take note of the new dates for the examinations.
