Police Nab Suspected Killers Of Community Leader.
Police in Anambra State, working in concert with community vigilante operatives, have arrested four persons connected to the killing of a community leader in the state.
Mr Silas Onyima, the President General of Umuoji community in Idemili North Local Government Area of the state was last weekend killed in his home.
Spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga said, four suspects have been arrested, while, four other accomplices are now being hunted for by the Police.
He also said, the Commissioner of Police, CP Aderemi Adeoye commended the Police in Ogidi and Umuoji Vigilante for working together to apprehend the suspected perpetrators, and has directed the State Criminal Investigation Department to deploy its Forensic Team to take over the investigation.
