This is coming after in April 25, the runway
overshoot by Dana Air, led to refunds for flights affected by the suspension of
its operations.
A statement by the airline management asked for
patience from customers and urged them to provide their booking details and
bank account numbers to facilitate refunds.
However, several customers have taken to social
media to express their dismay at the slow pace of refunds and the lack of
communication from the airline.
