Suspected gunmen have kidnapped a Director with the Rivers State Board of Internal
Revenue Service, Aribibia John Fubara.
He was abducted at Okrika Waterfront, near Marine Base, Port Harcourt, and reasons
for his abduction is not known.
The Police is yet to speak on the matter.
