Court of Appeal has ordered the immediate past governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello to
produce himself for arraignment.
The judgment delivered by the Kogi State High Court also restrained Bello from taking
further steps in the charge unless he is arraigned.
This is coming after Governor Usman Ododo had scuttled attempts by EFCC’s
operatives to arrest Bello from his residence in Abuja, while, the EFCC is currently
prosecuting Bello for alleged misappropriation of over N80 billion while he was a
governor for eight years.
