Panel Calls For Memoranda.
Judicial panel of inquiry into Benue State’s Income and
Expenditure set up by Governor Hyacinth Alia has called for memoranda from the
general public.
This was contained in a statement signed by the chairman
of the judicial commission of inquiry, Justice Taiwo Taiwo and the Secretary,
Dr. Abraham Gberindyer on Friday in Makurdi.
The judicial panel was charged with the responsibility of
investigating the Income and Expenditure of Benue State Government from 29th
May, 2015, to 28th May, 2023.
According to the statement, the terms of reference of the
panel include: To identify the income of the Benue State Government from 29th
May, 2015, to 28th May 2023.
