Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRaman AbdulRazaq has urged youth to

support his administration, especially in its drive to bring all round

development to the state.

Speaking at a youth engagement and awards programme organized by the

Ilorin West Ward Youth Leaders of the All Progressives Congress on Saturday,

AbdulRazaq urged the youth to form a common front and vote massively for

all candidates of the party in the forthcoming local government election to

ensure the victory of the party across board.

The governor who was represented at the event by Oloruntoyosi Thomas,

the state Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development disclosed

that the AbdulRazaq administration has made significant progress in the

agriculture and other sectors, adding that “strategic partnerships with the

World Bank on projects like L-PRESS, SAPZ, and ACRESAL have introduced

innovative practices directly benefiting farmers across the state.

Speaking on the programme, the governor said the award was a testament

to the progress made together and serves as a reminder of the ongoing work

to build on the successes and also urged party faithful and supporters to

work together and support his administration’s quest for overall excellence,

adding that, working in unity remains essential to ensuring that agriculture

continues to be a cornerstone of Kwara State’s prosperity.

The Coordinator of the group, Comrade Mashood Salman, while reflecting on

the remarkable achievements that have been made possible under the

visionary leadership of  AbdulRazaq, stressed on the governor’s dedication to

advancing infrastructural development, promoting education, enhancing

healthcare services, and fostering economic growth has undoubtedly

propelled the state towards a brighter future.
