Operatives attached to the Plateau State Police Command have killed one
suspected armed robber during a shootout with armed robbers in the
Bokkos Local Government Area of the state.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who disclosed in a
statement posted on X.com on Sunday and signed by the Plateau State Police
Command spokesperson, Alfred Alabo said, the patrol operatives were on
their way to Bokkos LG when they ran into a roadblock set up by the
suspected armed robbers.
Adesina also urged residents to remain vigilant and cooperate with law
enforcement agencies, as investigations are ongoing, with plans to arrest the
suspects who escaped.
