NAVY TO TACKLE ILLEGAL OIL BUNKERING IN A’IBOM
The Nigerian Navy Ship Jubilee, Ikot Abasi in AkwaIbom State said it was committed to tackling the menace of illegal oil bunkering and reduce it to the barest minimum along the Nigerian waterways.
It said the Operation ‘Dakatar Da Barawo’ has achieved tremendous success in the number of arrests and siezuresof illegal smuggling across the state.
The commander NNS, Jubilee, Commodore SemiuOlubode- Fazaz, said this on Wednesday, while fielding questions from newsmen after inaugurating a water project for Essene, one of the host communities of NNS Jubilee.
