Four persons are reported dead from food poisoning in Kwara State and they include a
mother and her three children who allegedly died in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital,
after eating suspected poisoned rice.
The sad incident happened at Oshin Area, along Asa-Dam Road in Ilorin metropolis,
and the father of the children is popularly known as Alfa Ahmad.
Eyewitness said, while the first born of the family, Abibat, was the first to die, the
mother and two other children died at the early hours of Monday, the other two
deceased kids were identified as Zainab and Abdulfatah.
The Police in Kwara state is yet to speak on the matter.
